Rishard’s in love, and he’s written the lyrics to prove it.
But with only a broken guitar, and without the courage to play it, Rishard’s love life seems destined to be forever in a minor key. But when his compardre comes through with both a plan and the instrument to match, Rishard’s blues are set to be a thing of the past.
Now if only the two of them could start singing from the same hymn sheet...

Actor Rishard Beckett and playwright Richard Walls present their second play Instrumental after having first collaborated on The Yellow Post-It Notes for the 2016 Coventry Godiva Festival as part of City Of Culture Coventry's Bid Launch.
Rishard is a recent graduate of the Performance Making Diploma with Access All Areas in London and has performed in roles for Ego Performance Company, Imagineer, Open Theatre Company and as Mikey Wade in Channel 4 series No Offence.
Richard has written plays for theatres including the Royal Court, the Birmingham Rep and Theatre Absolute.
His play Clubmartyr premiered at the 2014 Coventry Shoot Festival and recently played at the Old Red Lion Theatre, London.
